| Frank J. Gidus, II, LEP, is a Senior Environmental Scientist and President of Gidus Ecological & Environmental Group, LLC in Winter Park, Florida. Frank is a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) with the International Society of Technical and Environmental Professionals (INSTEP). He is a Florida native and has over 17 years experience in environmental consulting, site planning, permitting and project management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, and was also elected Treasurer in May 2008. His experience includes environmental/ecological assessments, Environmental Resource Permits (ERPs), Phase I Environmental Assessments (ESAs), wetland jurisdictional determinations, wetland impact permitting, mitigation planning, threatened and endangered species surveys, impact assessments, technical reports and aerial photo-interpretation. He has also been extensively involved in projects including water use permitting, manual and remote data logger installation and maintenance, aquifer performance testing, data collection, soil and water sample collection and analysis, well installation, contamination assessments and contamination remediation. He has conducted over 800 Phase I and Phase II ESAs and Transaction Screen Process Reports and has been involved in numerous other hydrogeological assessments. Frank graduated SummaCum Laude with a degree in Environmental Studies and Growth Management from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. |
